Jason Allen is the agency owner here at the Allen Insurance Agency, serving DFW and surrounding communities as a licensed agent since 2019. A 2002 graduate of Lehigh University, Jason has 17 years of experience in solutions-based sales and service, hosts a podcast highlighting local business owners and entrepreneurs, and proudly serves on the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as well as the Grapevine-Colleyville Education Foundation Board of Directors. With a heart for community, Jason established the Allen Insurance Agency with client education and protection in mind.

Julie is our Client Service and Support Specialist. She is licensed in Texas property and casualty and life insurance, and is equipped to assist with general questions, policy transactions, and will be your primary point of contact as a client of The Allen Insurance Agency. Julie is a graduate of Texas A&M University and brings extensive knowledge and experience in project management and solutions-based sales to our team. With her full-service approach, Julie sets the gold standard in providing clients with an exceptional experience.

Lindsay serves as the Marketing Operations Manager for the Allen Insurance Agency, partnering with local businesses and organizations whenever possible in various capacities. We believe the key to agency growth is by building strong relationships within our community. Lindsay is an east coast native, moving with her family to Grapevine in 2021. Prior to moving to TX, she spent 15 years in the financial services industry before diving into small business ownership as owner/operator of a retail store in Lancaster County, PA.

As an independent insurance producer for Allen Insurance Agency, Patrick Daily is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most through personalized coverage and trusted guidance. Beyond the office, Patrick is an active member of the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce, volunteering time and resources focused on helping the community thrive. Carl Aguilar serves as an Agency Producer with the Allen Insurance Agency and is an aspiring agency owner with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most. Based in the DFW area, Carl is licensed in Texas for both Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance, and brings over 15 years of experience in solutions-based sales, business development, and project management to the team. A graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, Carl has held various business and operations roles across the telecommunications and oil & gas/energy sectors. He is actively connecting with North Texas chamber boards to find the right fit for long-term community involvement, as he believes strong local relationships are the foundation of a thriving agency. With a heart for servant leadership and relationship-building, Carl is committed to guiding clients with integrity, care, and personalized solutions.
